Bug: Toolbar Glitch

If you have Kingdom Island and see this glitch, please post here what device you are using. Some see it, where others do not.

I have an iPhone 4s and iPad 2, this glitch occurs between the harbor and inside the castle (not the throne).

I have the following:

iPod 2nd Generation
iPod 4th Generation

I don't see any flicker.

The toolbar glitch has been fixed. We have other bug fixes we need to make before we ship out an update. Thanks!
