People have the right to express there own opinion on things, when it is appropriate to do so. I believe Kingdom Island's twitter should be more active so it can monitor how its players chat on social media compared to how they chat on the game Kingdom Island.

Name calling such as "idiot," etc. should not be acceptable anywhere... should it?

What are your thoughts on a more protected and safe online enviornment?

Your feedback is always welcome here on the forums. And yes, we believe the twitter should be more active. We have a limited staff, we focus more on the development of the game rather than marketing right now. So bare with us.

We have no control outside of what happens in this game as long as it does not infringe on our copyrights or terms of service.

Calling someone an idiot is not allowed in our game or forum, however we cannot control anything outside. That's between you, morals, and law enforcement if it needs to get to that level.
