1) Are we allowed to submit 1 entry or does it have 3?
2) Can I make an item using Photoshop (graphics software)

Im sure you can submit 1 if you like. The rules say "may" so i assume thats ok However 3 is the maximum.
And yes of course! You can use photoshop if you like, or you can draw your design on paper and scan it in!

You can submit any amount of entries as long as it is under 3.

Yes you can use Photoshop. You can use anything!

Whoooo! Finally had the time to do my final entry!!!
It's a knight's tunic, they used to where them under their armor. They had different colours and symbols which referred to their country

A casual button up with stripes and a tie. An attempt at sunglasses, too[they could be a little more centered..]. I guess this would count as two items since I see the tie and top going together.
Haven't drawn clothes that much, yet alone on a dragon, so let's see how this goes.

Also, couldn't resist making a Valentines version[also playing around with colour combos];
