hey I noticed people are crashing out of the KI it's bug plz read to fixed it thank u!

We unfortunately can not help unless we are given details of how such incidents occur. Often it is actually because they have been inactive (doing nothing while still signed into the game) and inactive users are automatically logged out to allow other players to use the servers.

No, literally anyone who tries to get into the Ballroom ans hasnt already purchased it gets kicked off and is banned for 24 hours...

Thanks for the details, I will look into this immediately. Can you say what version of the game you were using?

Check for me into alien helmet I don't have it at all...

This is as a result of the new update, a small bug has meant that a few users have been banned. Anyone who contacts support asking for their ban to be reversed who has done nothing wrong will be unbanned.

This bug should now been fixed on all platforms (Web, iOS, iOS HD, Android and Android HD), many thanks for making me aware of it.

Edit: This also fixes an issue where HD users could not get into the ballroom.
