I've tried to draw a dragon in GIMP but I can't it's hard I've used the path tools and stroked it, but it's still hard is anyone here good with GIMP and can help me or can at least explain how to do it on gimp? Thanks!

I've only messed with GIMP slightly. I've found a lot of online resources. Have you tried Googling some?
